Overview

Low-latency instant messaging application built on WebSockets, supporting chat channels, active status tracking, and database message persistence.

  • Configured real-time message broadcasting using Socket.io WebSockets.
  • Implemented persistent chat history logs using MongoDB collections.
  • Created robust state handlers to track real-time user online/offline statuses.
